Experience a wander through woodland and a journey of exploration, through imagery, poetry, story and creative imagination with your guide Amanda Bond. These activities need no former artistic experience just come with a willingness to steep yourself in nature. The forest bathing walk will end with a tea ceremony, and home-made cake.
