Open Milling at Le Moulin de Quetivel

Enjoy an immersive visit to Jersey’s only remaining working watermill to see the whole milling process from start to finish.

Visit Jersey’s only remaining working watermill to experience the whole milling process from start to finish. Join the rangers as they open the sluice gates, admire the ancient waterwheel as it springs into action and meet our very own miller, who is milling the Trust’s unique stoneground flour, and the miller’s wife in the Victorian kitchen.

Freshly milled flour on sale in the small gift shop. Tearoom open all day with homemade cakes and hot drinks.

The Trust offers substantially reduced rates for Members. Membership starts from £35 for an adult and £15 for a child p.a. If you are interested in becoming a member click HERE

Limited parking on site.

Overflow parking at the Mill Pond (Duck Pond) – approx ten minute walk.
