The National Trust for Jersey hosts a variety of events and activities throughout the year that offer unique opportunities to enjoy our island in a special and memorable way.

Our varied programmes include countryside walks and tours, concerts, workshops, black butter making and festivals to suit every taste. These events provide exciting and inspiring opportunities to enjoy Jersey to its full potential. Weekend Conservation Team

Would you like to learn new skills and be involved in practical conservation? Volunteer with us each Saturday from the 21st May!

We will be holding a morning session every Saturday. They will run from 9:30-13:00 to give members of the public the opportunity to volunteer in the week and learn about conservation, whilst gaining an insight into the work we do.

The activities will be as follows: 21st May – Scything in Water Works Valley ; 28th May- Dew Plant removal at St Ouens; 18th June-Tree maintenance at Maurier Valley; 25th June-Habitat classification taster/site to be confirmed. We hope to see you there!

All the tools required will be provided but please bring your own gloves if you have them. Under 18s should be accompanied by an adult. This event is on a first come first served basis and volunteers will be emailed each week just to confirm the final details.
